RACopeland is led by founder and Principal, Richard Copeland. Prior to forming RACopeland, Mr. Copeland was an Assistant Vice President at Situs. He has underwritten over $2 billion in commercial real estate loans and provided acquisition analysis for over $4 billion in commercial real estate. His experience includes hospitality, industrial, land, multifamily, office, and retail assets. Additionally, he has experience valuing performing and non-performing loans. Mr. Copeland received an M.S. in Real Estate from the University of Florida at Gainesville and holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville.
